An email confirmation will be sent of receipt on registration. All registrations are fully transferable. Cancellations must be in writing and incur a AU$50 administration fee. Cancellations within 21 days of the event incur a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event. If an event is cancelled due to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, disease, strikes or other events outside of SMS control, attendees will receive the session materials and, after fixed expenses are paid, any remaining funds will be distributed to delegates.
